A Frame Extension

I am looking for someone to draw plans that can be quoted on and then submitted to council for building consent. The extension will be on the side of the existing A frame on the second level with the underneath acting as a carport. Attached is the look of the extension - upstairs and the carport, as well as the proposed floorplan. Note: The bedroom is in the current A frame, with the ensuite being in the existing second bedroom.
