I have worked up plans, elevations etc for a new house to be built in Queenstown. Its a falling site. I need someone who is experienced in that region, who knows the codes well. The house is multi-leveled. It needs to fit within setbacks, height restriction, and not exceed 40% of the 611m2 site . So the existing drawings need to be 'tidied up' TO WORK. There is a need for Geo-tech, and structural engineering, so we need to liase with them.
