Estimated 5 x 5mtr -Lounge extension design request - Foundation / flooring - overlay concreting of the existing peeble-washed outdoor area. Or build new one. - External wall to match brick house and with internal wall insulation. - Install new roofing for the extension area. Connect spouting to existing storm drains. - Match ceiling to existing house with insulation (or propose what would be best?) - Some glass window framing and sliding sliding doors might be repurposed to suit the design. - Powerpoints designed. - Ceiling lightings designed. - Please provide detailed quotation and design after inspection for bank approval requirement and council CCC approval. - planned extension location might not be suitable but open to suggestions what/where best side of existing house to do an extension based on roof design.
