Hi, I would like to get a quote to design/draft plans for: 1) house renovation - making an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen while still retaining 4 bedrooms. Could include bathroom renovation in same project 2) plans to turn garage (57sqm approx) into a 1 bedroom self contained area. 3) deck/verandah - over 30sqm, and one end higher then 1.5m from ground these would be needed for building consent/s etc. Thanks
