Personable and enthusiastic with good ideas around sustainability. Communication was generally delayed. Did not disclose this job would be worked on part time around her regular paid employment. As a result, even considering change in plans in one of the spaces, delivery was slower than expected, taking several months & receipt of final plans after promised delivery date. Put this down to inexperience, potentially will improve. A good grasp of sustainable building & green ideas
