Drafting services for home alterations.

Principles We're very open to input and guidance from people who know what they're doing. While budget is a factor, this is our family home and this work is intended to future-proof the house - so we're happy to invest on the things that will achieve this. We're happy to muck in and do some of the work ourselves. Objectives We want to make this home workable for our family of 4 for the foreseeable future. We want the kids to be able to grow up here, and for the space to suit their changing needs. We want friends and family to be able to visit, stay, and be comfortable We want to be able to work from home, without it using too much space. We want hidden storage to put things we use from time-to-time. Here's the list of work we think would achieve what we're after. - Understairs and front doorstep converted to bedroom - Understairs uses smart pullout storage - Door to downstairs room moved closer to master bedroom - Power board moved closer to master bedroom to allow for door - Master bedroom wardrobe extended, walk in if possible - Noise suppressing insulation between floors - Upstairs spare room repurposed as modular space - TV, office, living, guest sleeping, some storage - Pull down stairs to attic storage added - Smarter heating throughout entire house - Ceiling and in-wall insulation upstairs - Double glaze deck doors Plans of existing home available upon request.
