"Great Client, They were only wanting information on the existing property to allow them to work up some design ideas. Infill project for me. I have become very busy so was not able to deliver as quickly as clients would have liked. I hope it gives them what they need for now. Would certainly program their work in with proper time frames should they look to alter the property and require consent and construction drawings at a later date. Regards Darren Giles"
