Hi - looking for someone with availability - Needs to be LBP or access to one to provide a signed off design for consent. - building a garage, this is just a box but there are a couple of complex items around connecting to existing house. - we need a design that can be submitted for consent and used for a builder to build from. - we have an electronic topo and site plans and concept drawing (in Revit).
