We have a 1960s ex state house that is in need of some modifications to better enhance the usability and design of the downstairs area. We are looking to move the laundry under the staircase (incorporating a front loader and a dryer in this space, as well as a tub), insert a new door to get access to the future deck, potentially install an ensuite as moving the laundry will mean a new bedroom in this area, and utitlising the empty space under the house to incorporate a double wardrobe.

Quick and easy from woe to go. Listened to our requirements and came up with a design that incorporated what we wanted and made the best use of the space that was available which has prompted us to have a further rethink with the benefit of someone with experience in this area being able to point out the flaws in the original wants.
