I want drawings of 7m x 9m garage. one double width car garage door on 7m end, want 2.7stud 150mm weather board cladding, color steel/clearlight roof with single ridge (9m). two wooden windows (westpine joinery?) one opposite end of garage door one left side both three std sash wide, want std wooden 860mm door at back on same side as window. Concrete floor, drainage plan (soak pit). all to submit to Papakura council ready for consent. After an estimate from you at this stage to help with budgeting/ can discuss details further once finalized
