Convert carport into double garage

We have an existing detached carport 4.8m x 6.6m with two existing walls constructed of concrete block and a flat roof height 2.18m. It has no concrete slab. We intend to convert the carport into a detached double garage 6m x 6.6m while retaining the 2 existing concrete block walls and increasing height of flat roof to ceiling height of 2.4m. Require concrete slab also. I am seeking a draughtsman to complete full consent drawings for council and completion of consent application documentation. We do not require resource consent as the existing carport is more than 1m from neighbouring boundary. Looking for quotes prior to engaging draughtsman
