Draughtsman for Site-Plan and Building Consent
Job description
I want to have a portable sleep-out put on my residential property. The sleep-out is being designed and built by RentZone, unfortunately they don't assist with the building consent that's needed. The size of the sleep-out is 7.2m x 3.6m. It will have a bathroom/ensuite that will connect to the main house connection, it wont have a kitchenette. What I need is a draftsman that can do a site-plan, as well as assist in acquiring the building consent.

Very happy with Isreal's professionalism, workmanship, advice and knowledge around council regulations. Isreal even went the extra mile to contact the company that built my sleepout to push them along with their paperwork.
