Existing building draft and extension

We have an 80 year old home that has no existing blueprints and the council had no records before the 80s. The house is very small at around 75 square metres. We are thinking of expending the house to get a more accessible bathroom/ wet room, separate space for the toilet and a third bedroom. We have a large section, so have the space. Looking to have some plans drawn up so we can go to council with an outline of the existing house, and what we are hoping to do. A2
