I am looking for an architectural draftsman to produce a full set of plans for building consent. The plans will be for a single storey house on concrete slab with 2.7m stud. Roof is standard trussed except through kitchen/dining which will be vaulted with 3 or 4 heavy dimensional trusses which will be exposed. The footprint is appx 360m2. I will be able to supply a detailed floor plan and elevations to work off (nearly complete, see attached). At this stage I am looking to see what services you can provide and at what cost.
