Deck Extension needing Building Consent

Hello - i am looking for a quote for a draftsman to complete a deck extension that requires building Consent given it is more than 1.5m on sloping land.. There is an existing deck that wraps around half the front of the house . Family member who is a qualified/registered builder, helped us complete a deck at the back of the house but it is about 2m short of the connection from the front deck - we stopped as we needed consent to connect the wrap around deck. As we need building consent between the two areas, we are looking for a draftsman to prepare the drawings and help us with the Building consent required. Deck that needs to be built: 1.9m by 3.5m. From the back deck, height starts from 1.5m and will need to connect to front deck which has a height 2.3m (0.8m slope within 3.5m).
