Draughtperson to draw bathroom plans

Bathroom renovation - • Two copies of fully-detailed floor plans and specifications professionally drawn and supported with engineering, bracing and / or energy efficiency calculations as applicable. The Building Act requires that all plans submitted demonstrate compliance with the current Building Code. For house alteration we require Floor plans of the existing house & floor plans of what the "proposed" design will look like. Project specification including relevant product documentation (& installation details) for all surfaces including waterproofing wet areas • Drainage plan for existing house showing distance to boundary & approx. location of GT, ww & ss connections • Drainage plan for "proposed" bathroom(s) showing any new GT, ww & ss connections • AC2326 required for wet areas (Tiler/bathroom installer to issue PS3 on completion of work) • CODW from designer/builder responsible for work
