We are looking to convert a bathroom into a bedroom upstairs and reconfigure the layout to retain a separate toilet for guests and a new entrance to the laundry. In addition we would like to remove a faux wall in the upstairs master, and build a new wall opposite the ground floor entrance to enclose the downstairs lounge space.
