Deck Plans

We need to replace our large deck (currently approx 100m2, but we'd like to reduce the size) originally built in mid-1980s and need new plans drawn up for council consent. The deck wraps around 3 sides of the house and include a small set of stairs for access under the house. We're on a slope and at it highest, the deck is approx 4m from the ground. We have a builder lined up, just need to get underway with the consent process!
