Draftsman needed for an extension to existing property needed now

We have an existing property in Birkenhead, Auckland and we've got a budget to extend it somehow. We're unsure what are our options are but want to progress with some initial conversations and designs to understand what we can do. We already have a preferred builder who will quote the work once we have the designs.
