Outdoor dry space area

Hi I require a quote to build an outdoor dry space area for a preschool for children to access on wet weather days. It will be required to run from one of our sliding door areas along the outside to another sliding door area with drop down blinds that will roll up and down when required. The Centre has one already existing located at the back sliding door and would like this one to attach to it. I ran this advertisement last year successfully and obtained good quotes that I was happy with. The problem is that I need building consent and have not found any one to draw up plans to scale for me. In the intrim I have lost my builder as well hence the relisting of this ad.
