Job description
We plan to build 2nd dwelling in the area behind the existing house (currently a swimming pool). It'd be better if the land can be subdivided and two duplex units (2 storey each) built depending on feasibility and cost. We need an architect to do the design and get council consents etc.

The job was to provide a residential house concept design for council consent purpose. Billy is highly professional and efficient to provide advice, liaise on our behalf with other parties including surveyor, civil engineer, council, etc. The communication was excellent and prompt. The costs were reasonable and transparent.
