Require CAD plans produced that we can send to Council for approval. We require a drafts person, not an architect. We need to submit drawings to the council for consent as we are adding a second toilet, shower and vanity. We also will be taking out some walls. Scaled drawings required for our builder, plumber and electrician to work off. Small 2 bedroom 100 sm unit on the flat.
