Adding a beedroom

I am looking at adding a extension to my house which is to be a bedroom containing a ensuite and kitchenette. The house is built from Tri board but I would be using normal building timber for the extension. This would suit someone who has worked with both someone who is will to do the plan for the bedroom so I can take it to an engineer that has experience in Triboard
