Increase entertainment area without changing the footprint

Hi, looking for a creative/ modern ideas-architect. I’d like to increase my entertainment area (living room, dining area, kitchen). My house is 180 square meters big, got 3 bedrooms and an office and is sitting on a cross lease ITS IMPORTANT NOT TO CHANGE THE HOUSE’S FOOTPRINT. Most the space is used in the 3 bedrooms but the master bedroom is the only one used at the moment.
