Interior renovation (insulation and bathroom)

House was constructed ~1965, timber frame building. Need assistance to complete the following consenting and design (produce drawings and complete consent documentation): Element #1: Brace calculations and drawings for consent; Wish to add bracing while walls are exposed and gain consent where required. Element #2: Add insulation and calculate H values; Wish to add insulation to all walls. Will be removing all plasterboard and be adding insulation from interior, so need to produce drawings and methods for consent. Element #3: remove chimney; Wish to remove chimney and take space for laundry. Chimney is concrete block as pictured. Element #4: Renovate bathroom; Wish to renew bathroom and remove wall between W/C and bathroom. Need to produce drawings and design for bathroom layout.
