Draughtsman needed - Concepts & working drawings

Following three sets of concepts, we have a clear idea of what we need to build on our steep narrow site. Looking for someone who uses CAD & 3D so we can see what the building looks like on the land and someone who is flexible and collaborative. Three stages: 1. concepts, 2. more detail but not full workings to achieve better price guide (ie materials) / allow modifications to suit and then 3. working drawings for submitting to consent. We have topography & a draft concept to base the design off. Our budget is tight, so not looking for a full "architectural service" and would like a fixed price. Timeframes - We are hoping to have working drawings by late July/Mid August into council for consent. This is to allow for a build to start late Sept/October.
