Spot Elevations for building plans

I am trying to get resource consent for a new build. I already have the basic new build plans and submitted to council. Council have come back and asked for four spot elevations to show the height in relation to boundary. Person who did building plans has not got back to me and not answering calls. I just need these spot elevations done for now with the already existing basic building plans. I have a topographical survey, subdivision scheme plan, council request to share with someone who can draw them up for me. I can share these for anyone looking to give me a quote. If resource consent is granted there is possibility for further work drawing up full building plans for building consent. Thanks
