Additional sink and plumbing downstairs

We have a 3 story house. The bottom story currently has a bedroom /lounge and ensuite. Hi, we are looking for a draftsman to work out a plan for a new single garage on a sloping section of driveway. Or a carport if this is deemed unworkable.
