Roof Extension to Cover Deck and Deck Extension for Spa Pool

I need a design to allow builders to price the construction work and is suitable to submit to council to gain all consents required. The work entails extending the roof with lining over the deck so that it blends in seamlessly with the existing roof lines. The design will need to accommodate all weather blinds such as zip tracks and lighting/electric heating options. The new roof will also need to be able to have solar panels installed on it. The deck extension will need to accommodate a spa pool with sufficient room to allow for any maintenance activities, approx 4m*4m. The deck extension is for the area shown in the photo with the large flax bush and the gas cylinder in the bottom right.
