Deck Rebuild

We are needing plans to be drawn up for a new deck that will be over 1.5m in height, so will need to be sent to council for consent. We have just bought the house and we are taking over on --- . The current deck is really old and never got consent. We are needing the job to be completed within 3 months of moving in.
