Beam replaced

I'm looking for a draft person who can draw a foundation plan and calculate the size of a beam that will replace an existent one. Originally it was a wall between the kitchen/dinning room area and the lounge. This wall was removed and the beam was placed instead. How much will cost the design and how long it will take to have a quote and the job done?.
