Basement closing off

Unit 1 of 2. Add back wall to basement / damp course +/- extend basement to reclaim area that has been filled in when house built. House dates from 1960s. Currently concreted floor 3/4 of the way back. Garage one side and basement room other side. Approx 75 square metres footprint of house. Would ideally like to add high windows to side wall and a separate door to enter basement (currently only entry is via garage door) Copy of orig plans available
