I am looking to raise out house by around 600-700mm. There is already a clearance of 1.8-1.9m below the main living area and a small raise would provide another 100sqm of living space. I have spoken to engineers and the council and all say it is feesible. In the first instance I need a drawing to put through the planning office at the council to ensure I don't need to apply for resource consent or similar. i.e. Check boundaries, daylight, FFL regards to stormwater (Currently only has soak pits) etc .. I would draw it up myself, but I just don't have the time. Thanks Adrian
