Looking for a person to load a house plan (1970s) from the Nelson Council Property file (It is digital and metric units) into a suitable CAD program so that the renovation plans can be drawn up and submitted to council on our behalf for Building Consent. We have a retired Architect who will do the renovation concept drawings on a tracing overlay. We anticipate the work commencing sometime in the NY. Person carrying out the work needs to be in the Nelson area.
