Sleepout build

Looking for an architect and builder too who i could collaborate with regarding my idea of building additional living space underneath my house which is on piles. would like to build a staged sleepout project, includes RBW. Broke it to 2 phases, first phase is a room built between the piles of the house. Second phase is adding a bathroom which will require consent. happy to chat through the details, i have quite a few details that i am investigating already as i am a working professional civil engineer, however i reached my limits:) total size of sleepout will be 24m2, the two phases are about 50% at a time.
