Removing Load Bearing Wall

Hi there, We need a draughtsperson to draw up some plans to take to our local council for approval of removing a load-bearing wall between our kitchen and dining room. We are going to be continuing the kitchen bench and putting in a breakfast bar. The room is about 5m2. We don't have any pushes for time but would like to get the application into the council as soon as possible as we're aware it can take a long time to get an answer.
