Draughtsman for Napier commercial property.

We are looking at purchasing a commercial property in central Napier. We are needing someone who can draught up plans for offices etc within an existing 200m2 single level building. The building is reasonably open plan, has existing toilets and kitchen facilities. Also need someone who can liaise with the council re any permits.
