Kitchen renovation, load bearing wall removal and consent required
Job description
Looking for draftsman to help finish drawings for consent process as partially done. Person who designed plans not an LBP, works with commercial construction. Council requires additional information which our person can not do due to not being able to sign of work. Needs some more drawings done and info supplied. Looking for someone that can help us get finished without having to start over. Load bearing wall is to be removed along with another, not load bearing, between kitchen dining and lounge. Small wall between kitchen and laundry needs removing. French doors to be installed along with skylights. Happy to send diagrams we already have along with letter from Council with their additional requirements.

Absolutely would recommend working with Tim . I wouldn't hesitate to engage him again if required in the future. Got a little stuck with consent process and Tim came on board and helped to complete this half completed job. Consent has been issued with no problems at all. Still available to make a couple small changes if required. No photos as work was paper based and not construction.
