2586 Kaiuma Bay Road (Lot 85)

Hello, my partner Angela and I are looking to find an architect to design a 4 bedroom family home for us on the section we own at Kaiuma Bay. The section itself is almost 1/3 of a Hectare and has a slope of around 1 storey from top to bottom. I am particularly interested to find someone who is interested to work with Structural insulated panels. I originally wanted to build a house out of repurposed 40ft containers but this would not fit into the covenant requirements of the sub division. We are hoping to have drawings under way and into council early next year.
