We require an architect to provide initial plan and elevations of alterations to our 2006 two story house which will include enlarging the living areas and replacing the kitchen with some structural walls needing to be moved. also adding a covered outdoor area to one end of the house. initial floor plan and elevation design to get cost estimates from our builder will be required then we will get the architect to finalize plans and take this through council.
