Property file plan update

Have an old property file for my investment property however it is outdated and slightly inaccurate so looking to update it with the most accurate details to assist me with future maintenance. Site visit may be required to confirm details. It is a simple and standard basic single storey house with an area of around 76m2. Looking for a simple set of A3 plans to show the following drawings: 1. Site plan - which accurately reflects the driveway, fencing, washing line and shed. 2. Floor plan - which accurately reflects the correct measurements for doors and windows, floor types and layout/configuration of the property. Would also like it to show the deck accurately 3. Reflected ceiling and electrical plan - which accurately depicts the light switches, electrical outlets, smoke alarms, heat pump unit, DVS system ducts and security alarm panel and sensors. 4. Door and window schedule plan - which accurately reflects the dimensions and look of all the exterior penetrations. 5. Roof plan - update property file plan to include dp locations and accurate roofing details such as external soffit ducts. 6. Elevations plans - preferably North & East on one page and South & West on another page. Accurately update it compared to the property file to reflect the actual house onsite. 7. Summary sheet page - stating the appliance, plumbing and HVAC specs for future repairs As this will not require to be submitted to council it does not need supporting details for hidden items which can not be seen behind walls or cladding etc. but merely to assist with obtaining quotes etc. for future repairs or upgrades.
