Mezzanine Floor

I need a code compliant mezzzanine floor, including a balustrade for part of it, designed and drawn up. The building is in a Business - Light Industry Zone. It's just the plan as everything else will be handled by the customer. The floor will be approximately 50 square metres. There are several variables, including; no penetrations to be made through fire system walls, no compromise to the fire system, tying in to the existing office structure, and a span of 6914mm. The floor will be for storage but we can discuss the potential for other uses. There are already stairs built. I need an estimate please that includes a site visit if required. I say "if required" because I can provide more photos and all measurements if needed.
