My bathroom was renovated as follows: the partition wall between the toilet and bathroom was pulled down. The room is fully tiled from floor to ceiling, and waterproofed. I did not have building consent at that time (August 2019), now that I have to sell the house, i need to have the Certificate of Acceptance. I have applied for the property file at Auckland Council, and will receive the same on Wednesday.
