Looking to build a new home at the rear of our property and need a plan drafted up, We have an idea of the floor plan already roughly 100m2 3 bedroom single level, no subdivision just will be another dwelling on property. section is 614m2 with an existing 110m2 home. Looking at full plans ready for council approval, geotech if required and resource consent also if required. Home is in Papatoetoe

Krish was great to work with on our project and he helped us get the outcome that was best for our situation, his experience and trade knowledge helped us through the design process and he provided multiple mock ups for us to go through.
