Sleep out/cabin

I’m planning to have a sleepout on our property. The sleepout will have kitchen and bathroom. I understand that I will have to get a building consent and SED design. Tried looking at the building consent and says that I will need to submit a plan for the project. So I’m looking for an architect to draw the plan and also someone who can do the SED design. I also want to know the possible expense on this project. Project size Height- 2.5m Width- 2.8-3m Length- 4.5m I’m located in Manurewa, South Auckland.
