Hi, we want to build a house (maybe 2) and need architecture design plan. There's currently a house sitting on the land which we'd get demolished and possibly build 2 house on it. The total land area is 469m square. Unitary plan is Zone 60 Residential - Mixed Housing Urban Zone. We want to get maximum return and make best use of this land. Initially we want to get 2 double storey townhouses built. Please advise if this information is enough to get started or would you need to come visit the site for better evaluation.
