Building consent drawings - removal of load bearing walls and new tiled shower

We are renovating our 1960s, single storey, 90sqm, tin roof with decramastic tile attached, weatherboard home and wanting to remove walls that we think are load bearing to open up our living space. We have a builder coming this week to confirm which exact walls are load bearing but we think it's the walls indicated on our floorplan in red. We would like to remove all walls in green. The removal of load bearing walls will likely require structural engineering design. We are looking for a draughtsman or technician licensed to produce drawings for consent. Within the same consent application we would like drawings for an enclosed tiled shower approx. --- to replace our current acrylic shower.
