I have bought a relocatable Lockwood shell as a bach that I will be moving to Whangamata from Manukau. I want a draftsman to draw a current plan of the building with internal rooms etc along with an extension to the building and placement on the section plan, so I can submit to the Thames Coromandel District Council for building consent etc.
