New Porch / Deck and Stairs

Hi there, my concrete porch/deck has started to deteriorate and it needs to be removed and rebuilt. I'm looking for something with a similar footprint to existing deck, I have even included a photo of what I might want it to look like. I need help with drafting, design, and a re-inforcing beam which is currently holding up the over-hanging veranda. I will also need help with obtaining consents.
