Enclosing deck and converting garage

Our deck is currently over our garage, and is uncovered. We are looking to fully enclose it as well as make our garage into livable space. We need to look at options of a partial garage conversion that includes shower, and toilet as well as a full conversion with a kitchenette (no stove). Space and cost both to be weighed up. My preference is for someone to come to the house on a weekend to discuss the complicating factors associated with what I am trying to achieve. Hopefully you can come next Saturday or Sunday.
